Join our team as an Advanced Technician, afternoon shift in cP Bulk within our cP (Component Pertussis) Bulk Manufacturing department. Here, you'll immerse yourself in diverse projects, collaborating seamlessly across Media, Washing & Sterilizing (MWS), Upstream Fermentation, and Downstream Purification PCUs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage media preparation, washing, and sterilization activities, ensuring all documentation (BPR, logbook) is accurately recorded in real time.
  • Participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) checks and inspections.
  • Prepare media, perform washing and sterilization, conduct analytical testing, and monitor the area, ensuring proper maintenance.
  • Administer data information related to CP production.
  • Contribute to process improvement and development initiatives.
  • Maintain a tidy production area in compliance with GMP standards, following the 5S guidelines (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain).

About You:
  • Community College Diploma (minimum three years) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering, plus at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree (minimum three years) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering, plus at least 18 months of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiology and fermentation processes.
  • Proficiency in aseptic techniques.
  • Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP).
  • Competent in computer skills, communication, stress and time management, initiative, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.

Hours Of Work:
  • Inclusive from Monday to Friday 1:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
