As Medical Representative, you will implement locally the business strategies, promote Sanofi Vaccines products, and monitor and facilitate sales within your allocated territory in accordance with the Group's strategy for the vaccine portfolio.

Main responsibilities:
  • Promote Sanofi Vaccines products to defined target client groups
  • Ensure the achievement/exceeding of sales targets within the assigned areas (Cluj, Brasov, Targu Mures) for the products in the portfolio by implementing agreed strategies.
  • Maintain and successfully develop relationships with key clients of the Vaccines division according to the business plan and applied strategy.
  • Ensure the engagement of key clients and opinion leaders in the field of Sanofi vaccines.
  • Organize and conduct business meetings with decision makers and opinion leaders for the facilitation of bidirectional communication.
  • Provide analysis of market shares for competitors' commercial policies and propose appropriate strategies.

About you

Experience:
  • Experience in promoting pharmaceutical products within an international pharmaceutical company.

Soft and technical skills:
  • Driving license
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office
  • Result and customer orientation, dynamism, accuracy, diplomacy, intuition
  • Ability to work in matrix organization, team player, respecting the needs of those involved
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to build relationships across departments and functions and to support a collaborative working environment

Languages:
  • Communication level of English (both verbal and written)

Education:
  • University degree in Life Science (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medical, Bioengineering, etc.)
