We are seeking a qualified Associate HR Business Partner to support the People Business Partner and People Programs operations across various teams. This role involves assisting in providing HR guidance, helping to manage HR metrics, and contributing to the improvement of employee relations throughout the organization.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • HR Guidance and Employee Relations: Provide daily HR support to line management, resolve employee issues, and address grievances to improve work relationships and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Strategic HR Management: Analyze HR trends and metrics to help develop new strategies and processes that positively impact the assigned business units.
  • Performance and Development: Monitor and support performance management processes and identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Policy Guidance and Compliance: Offer guidance on HR policies, including leaves of absence, conduct, and privacy protection. Ensure compliance with labor legislation.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with the People Programs Specialist to use HR data to drive performance and improvements and inform HR program developments.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Support efficient onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees entering or exiting the company.

  • Knowledge of US labor legislation
  • Strong understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Ability to create trusting relationships with people across the organization
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Familiar with Google Suite, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • SHRM certification plus
  • 2-4 years experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Full lifecycle of employee experience
