You'll drive discovery processes grounded in real customer needs and iterate quickly to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. As a cross-functional leader, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across design, marketing, customer success, and analytics to ensure product-market fit, customer adoption, and long-term platform success. You'll be expected to define key KPIs, guide prioritization, and ensure execution stays aligned with broader business goals.
Externally, you'll engage with customers and partners to understand emerging trends and gather insights. Internally, you'll mentor and grow a world-class team of product managers while maintaining a strong product culture rooted in user empathy, technical curiosity, and outcome-driven thinking.
