Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of an agentic platform for the AIOps industry. This platform will empower autonomous systems and agents to drive operational excellence in IT management through automation, AI, and analytics. You will work at the intersection of AI, DevOps, and IT operations, shaping a product that transforms how organizations manage and optimize their IT ecosystems. This is an independent contributor role reporting to the Product Management Leadership within the core platform Infra group.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals for the agentic AIOps platform, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Customer Research: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their pain points, workflows, and requirements, translating insights into impactful product features.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies in AIOps, automation, and AI/ML.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative platform solutions.
- Agile Product Management: Prioritize feature development based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact, using agile methodologies.
- Platform Scalability: Ensure the platform's architecture supports modularity, scalability, and extensibility for diverse IT operations use cases.
Required Skills/ Experience
- Overall 6+yrs experience at a software company as a Technical Product Manager
- Bachelor's degree (technical disciplines preferred)
- Proven experience in leading complex technical products, especially in AI, automation, or IT management software.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, DevOps, and incident/problem management.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps tools. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in managing products in an agile environment, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
- Ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs while balancing business priorities.
- Ability to bring customer focus and requirements via use cases and influence the product/service
- Ability to evangelize the product/service, improve adoption, define and track key success metrics
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations.
- Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones (US, India and Singapore)
- A related technical degree required.
Preferred Skills/ Experience
- Experience in building platforms with modular design and agent-based architectures.
- Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring systems, and log analysis solutions.
- Background in designing autonomous systems or workflows driven by AI/ML.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200.
