POSITION TITLE: Senior Product Manager
LOCATION: Remote US This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is fully remote within the US. Travel is expected when needed and local candidates are preferred.

Who we are looking for:
As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our Trial Design and Optimization Team. This position will be focused on building software to help TriNetX Healthcare Organizations and Life Sciences customers more efficiently and effectively identify and recruit patients into clinical trials. You will be leveraging your skills and experience in clinical trial software development to define, build, and release software that enables sites to better identify, screen, and enroll patients into a clinical trial.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare technology product management role, with a proven track record of defining product roadmaps and delivering impactful solutions to meet customer needs.
- 3+ years of experience writing detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for software engineering teams.
- Experience building external, customer facing enterprise software products for healthcare organizations and the life sciences industry.
- Experience building software products that aid in patient screening and enrollment at the site, as well as sponsor facing software to track patient enrollment across all sites participating in a clinical trial.
- Experience working with EHR tools to query and search for patients meeting certain criteria (e.g. Epic Slicer Dicer).
- Experience working with EHR and clinical trial data.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences markets, with an up-to-date understanding of key market trends.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and/or other agile product management workflow software.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to accuracy and acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
What you will be doing at TriNetX:
- Product Roadmap Definition and Delivery: Create and maintain a clear and achievable product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and timelines. Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams to build and implement roadmap features.
- Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the clinical research and life sciences markets. Stay informed about industry advancements and competitive products.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate customer needs into actionable product features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process. Facilitate communication and coordination across different departments.
- User Experience and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Training and Documentation:Develop training materials and documentation for internal teams, customers, and end-users to ensure a smooth product adoption process.
