Salesforce Marketing Cloud is looking for an innovative, collaborative, and driven Senior Manager of Engineering to help shape the future of our next-generation Marketing Intelligence product.
In this leadership role, you will guide the design, development, and evolution of innovative solutions, driving our vision of enabling seamless collaboration between AI-agents and human teams.
Your work will empower marketing professionals to run campaigns more effectively, increase efficiency, and transform insights into actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to build scalable features and solutions that integrate and analyze diverse data sources.
- Develop features such as GenAI-powered classification, data enrichment, and formatting to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and deliver actionable insights, enabling autonomous or collaborative agent execution.
- Advance the adoption of intelligent automation to enhance customer engagement and support enterprise-level decision-making.
- Foster excellent communication and collaboration across global, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Your Impact:
- Define and articulate a clear vision, mission, and strategic direction for Marketing Intelligence, ensuring alignment with broader Marketing and Data Cloud objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Management and technical leaders to develop and implement a roadmap that meets customer needs and advances platform capabilities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor engineering talent, cultivating a culture of growth and continuous learning.
- Drive the delivery of high-quality engineering projects while managing challenging priorities and risks effectively.
- Implement best practices and efficient engineering processes, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Champion emerging technologies and innovative solutions to advance next-gen AI capabilities and enterprise scalability.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of proven experience in engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a director or senior management role overseeing high-performing teams.
- Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, data architecture, and AI-driven solutions, with experience managing complex, high-scale platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products from concept to launch, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required. We value diverse pathways, including extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work, and other unique experiences.
