The Internal Audit Organization is an independent and objective function that evaluates and provides recommendations to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of Salesforce processes, information systems, and the underlying governance, risk management and internal control environment. This function reports administratively to the President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer and directly to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Company's Board of Directors.
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Internal Audit Data Analytics (IADA) team. This role is essential in advancing our audit analytics capabilities, with a strong emphasis on Tableau dashboard development, data visualization, and business intelligence solutions, while also demonstrating a broad range of data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing audit analytics solutions, using Tableau, SQL, Python, AI/ML models, and cloud-based technologies to enhance risk-based auditing and digital transformation.
You will collaborate with internal partners, contribute to the continuous improvement of audit analytics processes, and provide technical insights to enhance the audit analytics capabilities. This role is hybrid and works in the Indianapolis, Dallas or Atlanta office 3 days a week. Limited travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit analytics solutions, with a main focus on Tableau dashboard development, interactive visualizations, and business intelligence reporting.
- Build, customize, and publish advanced Tableau dashboards, incorporating sophisticated calculations, parameters, sets, LOD expressions, and dashboard actions for optimal data-driven insights.
- Support the end-to-end audit analytics process, including data collection, cleaning, preparation, and productization of analytics models for reporting in Tableau.
- Apply predictive and generative AI models in audit analytics and integrate insights into Tableau dashboards.
- Optimize Tableau performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency in handling large datasets.
- Complete data acquisition, transformation, and ETL processes using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and REST APIs.
- Work with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Mulesoft, and AWS Sagemaker ML Platform to enhance audit analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with business partners across the organization to ensure audit analytics objectives are met.
- Conduct code reviews, analytics development, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and visualization accuracy.
- Work with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality Tableau solutions and audit analytics on time.
- Address emerging challenges, adapt to evolving requirements, and maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project requirements and results optimally to both technical and non-technical partners, ensuring clear understanding and actionable insights.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
- 4+ years of experience in risk, audit data analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity within a technology-driven environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development, including data visualization standard methodologies, calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, actions, and performance optimization.
- 2+ years of SQL experience for data manipulation and preparation for Tableau reporting.
- Experience in data acquisition, preparation, and analytics development, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Mulesoft, Snowflake, SQL-based ETL tools, Apache Airflow, and REST APIs.
- Experience with predictive and generative AI methodologies and their application in audit analytics using Agentforce, AWS Sagemaker ML Platform, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms, including AWS, GCP, and their integration with audit analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight time lines.
- A team player with good communication skills, able to present complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical partners.
