As a Partner Advisor and Scale Partner Account Manager (PAM Scale), you will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of high-potential partners within the Salesforce Ecosystem in the Nordics. You will support partners on their growth journey by driving engagement, enablement, and go-to-market (GTM) activation at scale.
Your role involves fostering strategic relationships, guiding partners on certification and skill development, and ensuring they actively contribute to Salesforce's GTM strategies. You will be involved in every aspect of the partnership lifecycle, from sales and marketing to customer success and recruitment. Your structured approach will enable Salesforce to scale its ecosystem efficiently, ensuring partners receive the necessary resources and support to drive mutual success.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop strong communication skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and cloud-based technologies. You will be part of the EMEA Partner Business Development team, a dynamic talent hub for Alliances & Channels (A&C), providing a strong career path towards Partner Business Development Executive and Partner Account Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage structured partner plans, ensuring scalable engagement across the Nordic region.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce GTM motions, including AI, Data Cloud, and industry-specific plays.
- Lead and execute partner enablement programs, including certification and learning initiatives.
- Implement a Partner Success Framework to support partner self-service and enablement.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and demand generation through structured engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Develop automated engagement models to streamline partner communications, enablement, and activation.
- Collaborate with regional and country-specific partner marketing teams to optimize engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in partner management, sales, or business development in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives proactively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Analytical approach with proficiency in supervising partner performance and enablement impact.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce technology and cloud-based solutions is highly beneficial.
