Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join the product team for B2B marketing and build tooling to help accelerate feature adoption as we build out the next generation of B2B marketing on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing automation, be able to work well with a highly technical scrum team, and have excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new tools and features to help customers adopt next generation functionality and features
- Work closely with engineering, research, support, and sales teams to gather requirements and ensure that new tools meet the needs of customers
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize new features for your area
- Advocate for the functionality and benefits of enabling to ensure visibility and adoption
- Track the adoption of new tools and measure their impact on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Strong experience in B2B marketing automation
- Ability to work well with a highly technical scrum team
- Excellent presentation skills
- Clear eye for hands-on detail
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple requirements
- Skills to coordinate across a diverse group of feature and function teams
