About the Team
As the leader of the Growth Onboarding Group, you will define the future of product-led, AI-powered onboarding at HubSpot. We believe the traditional services delivery model is being disrupted, and that in the age of AI, every company should be able to get up and running on their CRM and deploy software to their teams within days. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact with a scale-up stage initiative, helping us grow from "1 to N" with an AI-led, human-assisted onboarding strategy.
You'll have the chance to reimagine how AI can power personalized and automated onboarding at scale, build and optimize best-in-class user activation experiences and flows, and lead a team of Growth Product Managers. Your work will help increase activation and engagement, expand our market opportunity through self-serve capabilities, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact in one of HubSpot's most strategically important areas.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to define the multi-year onboarding vision and strategy to disrupt the traditional services delivery model across downmarket and upmarket segments and our paid product tiers.
- Lead the exploration and development of experiences that reimagine how buyers and users onboard onto B2B software in the age of AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize easy, fast, and delightful activation and onboarding flows across all HubSpot products.
- Inspire and guide a cross-functional team to execute on a game-changing product vision with impact well beyond the Growth organization.
- Transform the Growth Onboarding Group from a traditional Growth organization into a platform group that scales its impact across segments and teams.
- Partner with engineering and design leads to foster a healthy and high performing group culture.
- Lead a team of talented Product Managers, guiding their growth within HubSpot while attracting and nurturing new talent.
We are looking for people who have:
- Experience: A proven track record of building and leading product teams, ideally in fast-paced, scaling environments, with experience in AI, onboarding, or growth-related domains.
- A Customer Mindset: You deeply obsess about customer needs, desires and motivations.
- Excellent Product Taste: You love creating beautiful, delightful user experiences and stay current with trends in the SaaS and AI industries. Your intuition for user expectations drives the design of products that help customers achieve their goals.
- A Winning Mindset: You strive to be the best at what you do, aren't afraid to make bold bets, and are eager to disrupt existing paradigms.
- A Growth Mindset: You are curious, open-minded, willing to challenge assumptions, and believe that learning is better than being right.
- Outstanding communication skills: You craft compelling presentations and narratives that clearly communicate vision and strategy, influencing and aligning stakeholders across the organization.
- Leadership Ability: You set ambitious goals and drive your team to achieve them, making informed decisions and iterating in fast-paced environment-even without perfect information.
- Alignment with our Values: You embody our HEART values and model these in your leadership and collaboration
