Our team is developing a cutting-edge AI analytics agent for Tableau Einstein. This agent empowers users across an organization to access self-service data insights, streamlining and enhancing their data analysis experience. We're looking for an AI Quality Director of Product to lead and define all aspects of quality for this analytics agent. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping quality methodologies, developing specialized tools and assets, and setting the bar for performance and trust.

Your Impact:

• Define and execute quality assurance methodologies and evaluation process
• Define an evaluation framework for quality analysis and continuous improvement
• Define KPIs to measure effectively agent performance
• Lead external engagements with vendors for datasets generation and tagging
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across Salesforce to build representative data repository of testing scenarios

Required Skills:

• 7+ years minimum of Product Management, with a focus on analytics products
• Understanding of generative AI and LLM
• Experience in bringing to market generative AI capabilities
• Strong ability to build relationships and partnerships across an organization
• Strong technical background and understanding
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Desired Skills:

• Data Science background
• Experience with data generation tools/techniques
