The candidate should have good knowledge of sourcing contract staffs
and SoW workers. Should have thorough knowledge of legal complexities
in handling labour laws in India.

norms as per Govt policy.
The candidate needs to support logistic and payment related queries from
internal stakeholders.
New supplier Development and Sourcing of suitable vendors.
Monthly schedule planning and procured the material as per
requirement.
Feasibility study with technically and commercially with time frame
development plan.
Vendor assessment, vendor rating, vendor system and process audit as
per plan.
Approaching OEMs and handle bulk negotiations at a discounted price.
Sourcing and developing alternate vendors for regular requirement of
clients at best price and quality along with best delivery and payment
terms
Audit handling.
Highest level of focus on integrity, professionalism and sensitivity
towards confidential information.
Responsible of raw material purchase and subcontracting and
consumable purchase.
Cost Saving activities handled and controlled the prescribed inventory
Floating RFP, Costing, Cost Comparison and Costing Approval.
Negotiation based on Raw Material, Process & Conversion Cost.
Stakeholder Management
Develop good business relationship with internal partners.
Should be a great team player and work collaboratively.
Proactively working on different projects with good stakeholder
satisfaction.
Skills:
Excellent Communication in English.
Excellent knowledge in Field glass.
Good knowledge in Google-tools.
Excellent Stakeholder management.
Sound knowledge in MS Office.
Procurement and Sourcing tools like - Coupa, Ariba and Zycus
