Salesforce is looking for a data-oriented Renewals & Success Plan Sales Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the team territories, opportunities, and quotas are kept up to date with various changes throughout the year and optimizing processes through data-driven insights. In addition, the role will maintain other critical processes, improve data quality, and drive new business operations within the Renewals and Success Plan Sales Operations organization. It is a highly impactful role as you'll be implementing new business processes as well as executing changes to current operations.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain various sets of data including matrices, rule-based assignment rules, opportunity reassignments, area alignments, and quota issuance in response to personnel changes
- Manage internal case queue(s) inclusive of owning and triaging the request with leader, executing the request, providing status updates to the leader, and closing out the case within the designated time frame
- Execute data cleansing, validation, and input activities with acute attention to detail and accuracy for large sets of data
- Work closely with the subject matter experts to analyze current business processes and workflows to recommend improvements through automation.
- Develop new automation tools to support our people and processes.
- Work closely with IT and support teams to seamlessly integrate analytical solutions into existing systems.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in Renewals/Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role with a track record of successfully managing and improving processes
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop solutions and recommendations abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Experience using SQL / SOQL / Python in data analysis and data manipulation is preferred and strong knowledge of spreadsheet tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Autonomy and drive: Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and aim to work in a constantly evolving growth environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the skills you'll use every day for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $125,200.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
