We are seeking a strategic and analytical Data Analyst to support data-informed decisions that optimize the digital marketing funnel through our corporate website. This role is instrumental in delivering actionable insights, analysis, and recommendations to enhance website performance and support growth marketing initiatives. You will work with large, complex datasets, harmonizing data from multiple sources to uncover trends and opportunities, and translate findings into strategies that fuel business growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is skilled in advanced analytics, and is passionate about using data to shape impactful digital experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze large datasets from diverse sources, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Salesforce, and internal systems, to extract meaningful insights.
- Deliver recommendations to optimize the digital marketing funnel, enhance website performance, and support strategic business goals.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Google Sheets to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Data Integration & Automation:
- Merge, normalize, and harmonize data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
- Automate data processing tasks using Python or similar scripting languages to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of digital data.

Reporting & Collaboration:
- Serve as a key advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Lead regular reporting on digital performance, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Partner with internal teams to provide insights that inform content strategies, user experience enhancements, and marketing campaigns.

Testing & Optimization:
- Collaborate on testing strategies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing, to measure the impact of optimizations.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for improving website performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on digital marketing and web analytics.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA360 preferred), Tableau, and Looker Studio for analysis and visualization.
- Experience working with large-scale websites (50,000+ pages), audience acquisition and user journeys.
- Advanced skills in data processing, including merging datasets, data cleansing, and deduplication.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python to automate data processing and workflows.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Content Square).
- Familiarity with tag management systems and analytics implementation practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Demandbase analytics or account-based marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools and holistic marketing software stacks.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,500.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
