Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of Data & AI democratization strategies
- Propel cultural shifts within the organization emphasizing Data & AI
- Craft effective technology adoption strategies tailored to Data & AI
- Nurture a results-focused environment to support continual enhancement
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to synchronize objectives and tasks
- Apply strong analytical abilities to guide decision-making processes based on data insights
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- More than 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Previous leadership experience in Self-Service and Data & AI Literacy strategy
- Proven capability to lead significant cultural shifts
- Proficiency in self-service technologies facilitating data consumption and analysis, inclusive of predictive and general AI
- Competence in devising and implementing technology adoption strategies within Data & AI contexts
- Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Robust analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset dedicated to continual enhancement initiatives
