We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Growth Analytics Director to join our Growth Marketing team. This individual contributor role will be pivotal in building the analytics capabilities for product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive dashboards, provide actionable insights, and measure program performance to drive significant business growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analytics Leadership:
- Serve as the lead analyst for tracking the PLG funnel, identifying key touchpoints, and conversion drivers.
- Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth and adoption initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations for optimization based on analysis of user behaviors, market trends, and funnel performance.
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain dashboards that provide a full-funnel view of self-serve customers.
- Monitor growth-related KPIs and maintain dashboards that track the performance of experiments and key business metrics.
- Insight Generation & Communication:
- Analyze key performance indicators such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), funnel conversion rates, and retention metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Experimentation & Optimization:
- Support the execution and analysis of A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Measure and report on the impact of campaigns and experiments, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence:
- Influence cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, revenue, and data teams, to implement data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with growth teams to enhance the user experience, focusing on user onboarding, feature adoption, and value realization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital experimentation, growth marketing, or marketing analytics, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
- Experience in campaign performance analysis and attribution modeling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of customer journey tracking, funnel analysis, and growth optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is a plus.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
