We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Recruiting Director to lead our talent acquisition efforts as part of the Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top sales talent, developing effective recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Sales EVP level relationships
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent.
  • Lead and manage the sales recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a FAST PACED sales environment a must!
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Director or similar role, preferably in sales recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success in sales positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
