The Account Receivable (AR) Systems team is part of Finance Revenue Operations and is responsible for the systems and technology utilized by the AR operations teams.

The business systems analyst will be responsible for systems support and management of prioritized enhancement initiatives. Core operational responsibilities include end user support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business initiatives. Other responsibilities will include KPI analysis and operational reporting to leadership.

AR Operations is a customer impacting and complex space, we are looking for someone who demonstrates motivation to learn new skills and technologies with a growth mindset. Having a keen eye for details, good communication skills and efficient time management are key success factors.

Key Competencies:

  • Problem solving: Proven track record of identifying issues proactively and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to break down complex technical problems into actionable solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of data processing, systems analysis, process optimization and cloud infrastructure.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of negotiating and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Cross Collaboration: Experienced in working in cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production support: Handle system bug triage and provide business process support, technical advisory, compliance controls, and system configuration for AR and Revenue Operations.
  • Requirements gathering: Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts to document business and technical requirements. Review business priorities, and/or analyze solution options & risks.
  • Project management support: Participate on projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Finance organization.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure business functionalities and technical solutions are achieved. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality implementations. Able to communicate technical concepts to business users and vice-versa.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies, data integrity and optimization. Stay updated in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
  • Documentation: Create, organize and maintain technical and process documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:

    • Skilled in System Administration, preferably with Salesforce products
    • Experience as a Systems Analyst or Product Analyst concentrating on system enhancements, product or technical program management
  • Technical Skills:

    • Functional understanding of SQL or other query languages
    • Fundamental knowledge of CRM and cloud products, experience with Salesforce products is an advantage
  • Familiarity with object oriented programming and cloud infrastructure
  • Proven track record in technology implementations and development methodologies
  • Soft skills:

    • Adaptable working in a multicultural environment with flexibility to manage ambiguity, and changing priorities while delivering excellent results.
    • Operates effectively as a member of a team spanning multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Quote-to-Cash operations such as credit, billing, collections, bad debt, accounts receivables (AR), tax as well as revenue accounting
  • ERP experience preferred and knowledge on e-invoicing is a plus
  • Functional system knowledge on Mulesoft, Oracle R12 and Marketing Cloud
  • Programming language experience; Apex, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
