We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Enablement team in France. Our mission is to onboard new hires and equipped them with the best tools to succeed. To provide accurate and actionnable enablement programs for all employees to help them grow their skills and achieve their results and support all the people, at every level of responsibilities to thrive in Salesforce and be the best trusted partner for our customers

What will you be doing?

  • Program Management profiles.Focus on ensuring locally-driven programs are executed, tracked and reported on successfully, thereby freeing time for Field Enablement Leads to focus on field-facing work.
  • Program Communications: Manage locally-driven program end-to-end, including program schedule and communications
  • Program & SME Management: Execute delivery of local content, including survey, production, light comms, SME gathering, and reporting, Production and logistics for local content (live, online)
  • Program Reporting: Track in internal course tool Tracker, Pull Measurement & Impact Reporting; ensure accuracy

🎓 Who We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

  • Are graduating in 2026 or 2027 (Master degree)
  • "Contrat d'apprentissage" only (please add your rhythm on your résumé)
  • Fluent in French & English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Are comfortable adapting to new opportunities and change
  • Are motivated to work among a multi cultural environment
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and human connections
