As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives within a portfolio of large companies in Korea. Your client roster will encompass a blend of existing clients with additional revenue potential and prospective customers. Key tasks include accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue attainment while cultivating satisfied, referenceable clientele.   • Responsibilities:

    • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales objectives by promoting Salesforce solutions to new clients in Korea. Manage the entire sales process, emphasizing securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
    • Provide accurate monthly forecasts and meet revenue commitments.
    • Identify territories, develop go-to-market strategies, and create target account plans.
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline within designated market sectors.
    • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
    • Embrace and implement the Salesforce sales methodology, emphasizing a direct sales approach focused on selling SaaS solutions.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
    • Proficiency in Korean and English at a business level.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Sales background in the technology industry, preferably in Software/Platform/Major start-ups/overseas companies.
    • Experience in CRM/SaaS sales or user experience with a strong understanding of how businesses operate on it.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, especially within the CRM domain.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
