Job Summary
THE ROLE
- Reviews the production schedule and customer orders.
- Collaborates with the production team to align their output with shipping requirements, ensuring timely product availability.
- Orchestrates efficient production to customer flow, optimizing logistics, inventory and scheduling for seamless manufacturing operations.
- Utilizes analytical skills to assess inventory levels identifying potential shortages and surpluses.
- Team building through coaching and check-ins; recognizing team and individual achievement.
- Typical working hours are 7 to 3:30

- Four-year college degree in business or breadth of experience preferred
- DOT certification preferred
- 5 to 8 years of supply chain supervisory or 3 to 5 years of management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, excel analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven ability in planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, problem-solving, negotiating and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
