Job Summary
What's the job?
This role is a key position for the Workforce Management (WFM) team providing analysis, technical expertise, researching and training for the Saint-Gobain WFM solution for more than 15,000 U.S. and Canadian employees working in multiple legal entities. As the WFM subject matter expert, this position is responsible for the analysis of complex technical configuration for the time & attendance system as well as gathering and analyzing required system integrations, enhancements and testing strategy. This role will assist WFM Team Lead by working closely with other functional areas such as Payroll Operations, Human Resources (HR), Operations, Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance & Accounting, Legal, etc. in the evaluation, set up, configuration and maintenance of the WFM solution. This position will be responsible for training new members of the WFM team as well as the first point of contact for assisting the Senior Solutions Analyst I and Solutions Analyst with complex issues and problem solving.

Required Qualifications
What Do You Bring?
- 7+ years of experience in configuration of automated timekeeping systems.
- UKG Dimensions experience strongly preferred.
- Effective communication oral and written
- Customer service oriented
- Work independently in time-sensitive environment
