UKG is seeking a highly energetic, sales-focused Sr. Presales Solution Consultant. In this position, you will work hand in hand with the Customer Base, Mid-Market Team in helping drive additional business. You will be part of a highly motivated professional team and will represent the ongoing cutting-edge technology that is part of UKG's unique culture. You will play an integral role in impacting sales success to our current customer base.
About the Role:
Sr. Presales Solution Consultant will deliver an innovative, engaging, and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide a demonstration of UKG products to potential customers. You will share your knowledge with customers throughout the sales cycle.
About You:
- Flexible, dependable, and capable of operating at a high rate of delivery with little direction
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge which you leverage when solving our customer's business challenges
- Readily exchange ideas so we can innovate, adapt, and continually improve our performance
- BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred
- Presales/solution consulting experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to tailor communication style to different levels within an organization including C-level
- Strategic, collaborative, and influential
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience with UKG Pro Product(s) with a concentration on HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of Payroll and Payroll processing
- 2+ years' experience in assessing customer's business challenges and current business environments and translate them into UKG's solutions
- 3+ years' experience in delivering compelling presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
- Knowledge of Workforce Management: Time, Scheduling, Absence Management, a plus

Pay Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $99,800.00 to $143,450.00 USD annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
