Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is searching for a Wafer Fabrication Manager to join the 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors Center in Lompoc. Candidates should have semiconductor wafer processing and team leadership knowledge. This position will manage the wafer processing team at the RVS 200mm Silicon wafer fabrication facility. The Wafer Fabrication Manager will be responsible for overseeing wafer movement, maintaining audit readiness, and ensuring a safe fabrication environment. Candidates should be capable of leading teams and working closely with cross functional groups to ensure schedules for program and technical milestones are met.

What You Will Do:
- Supporting semiconductor wafer processing in a cleanroom environment
- Work with failure analysis techniques such as 8D and Root Cause & Corrective Action reporting
- Management Leadership
- Set and oversee daily wafer movement plans throughout all fabrication areas
- Work with Lompoc leadership team to identify and implement efficiencies throughout the building
- Maintain a safe fabrication environment and ensure the wafer processing team has the proper tools to complete their tasks safely
- Maintain audit ready cleanrooms
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years applicable related experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of applicable related experience.
- Experience in Semiconductor, Silicon and/or Wafer Fabrication.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Processing
- Knowledge of SiPIN detector fabrication and operation and Manufacturing Planning and Non-conforming Material Control
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint applications
- Strong communication skills

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
