The following position is to join RTX Corporate:

RTX Corporate's Recruiting Team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Principal Specialist, Talent Acquisition) to attract world-class talent. As a talent advisor and subject matter expert in recruiting, this role will work directly with hiring managers to help the business scale and recruit top talent for the business. You will be a key member of the RTX Corporate recruiting team that will help drive continued talent excellence and growth at RTX.

In this role, you will need to possess advanced level recruiting knowledge, skills, and abilities, have a strong knowledge and history of recruiting in multiple skill areas and successfully design and transform recruiting activities. As part of the Human Resources function, you will work closely with HR and Hiring Manager partners to attract talent to the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Provide full cycle talent acquisition support across RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services and/or Technology & General Engineering.
  • Utilize the recruiting industry's latest sourcing and networking tools to implement and track applicants throughout the full recruiting life cycle and achieve results.
  • Attract, pre-screen, and hire talent while ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience.
  • Perform search execution, leveraging a deep knowledge of team and business objectives to serve as a thought partner and a true talent advisor for leaders.
  • Own the full lifecycle of recruiting from talent mapping to interviewing to closing candidates.
  • Create robust search strategies to identify top talent, including talent in niche spaces.
  • Assess external talent using behavioral and technical evaluation techniques.
  • Provide strategic guidance, education, and calibration techniques for senior leaders and interview teams.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in competitive market spaces.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous experience with project management to include driving/leading multi-faceted hiring initiatives across various functional groups.
  • Passion for the candidate experience and representing the RTX brand throughout the talent lifecycle.
  • Ability to influence peers, candidates, stakeholders, partners through quality data, sound decision making, and executive presence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to senior level executives in different industries.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and business aptitude, specifically partnering with, advising, and influencing executive leadership and connecting business evolution to talent priorities.

Location

  • Remote; this role can be worked anywhere in the domestic U.S (excluding U.S territories).

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return-to-work experience. Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at RTX.

Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

  • Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
  • Have prior experience in functional area of interest
  • Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
