The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
The Enterprise Services (ES) Order to Cash (OTC) organization is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced Invoicing Team. The Senior Supervisor Order to Cash will play a crucial role in the cycle of generating cash for RTX.
What You Will do:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage employees that invoice various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts
- Perform and analyze contract reconciliations, cancelling funds, over/underpayments.
- Partner with internal customers, program finance and external stakeholders to provide direction and clarity regarding government and company policies, and procedures regarding invoicing
- Partner with external customers, OTC peers, RTX program offices, contract administrators and payment offices to resolve contract invoicing issues
- Lead various initiatives within OTC including process improvements, process harmonization, and team building
- Provide expertise and support to teams located in multiple locations and time zones
- Understand and interpret Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DFARS Regulations as they apply to Department of Defense invoicing and payments
Qualifications You Must Have:
- This role typically requires a bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and 5 years of experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience ideally gained in a corporate accounting, finance or contracts setting
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
- At least 3 years working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DFARS Regulations as they apply to Department of Defense invoicing and payments
- At least 3 years' experience managing and leading small team projects
- At least 3 years' experience working with and knowledge of SAP
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel (formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in teams and with peers
- Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
