As the Supply Chain Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), you will coordinate Supply Chain disciplines-including Acquisition, Subcontracts, SC Operations, Customer Asset Management, and Property Management-with cross-functional teams such as Program Management, Mission Assurance, Finance, and Engineering. You will monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including supplier on-time delivery, past-due dollars, and material sales forecasting. You will ensure forecast accuracy, financial commitments, and Supply Chain EAC inputs for assigned programs. You will lead Supply Chain IPTs for proposals and capture activities, including developing teaming strategies, pricing, analyses, and subcontracting plans, while authoring proposal content.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the supply chain interface to the other ATS product area functional disciplines and align Supply Chain resources and solutions with the product area needs
- Ensure timely issue resolution for program requirements and issues related to material or subcontracts
- Represent Supply Chain and providing input at gate reviews, EAC reviews, program reviews, and risk and opportunity management
- Perform supplier management, including forecasting, cost/schedule and quality management performance metrics, supplier assessments, sourcing strategies and proposal activity.
- Approve and assist MPMs to develop Material Program Plan (MPP) and provide Supply Chain support to the Automation product area across the product development, production and sustainment lifecycle
- Use CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) and critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success
- Accountable for closeout of contractual obligations (e.g. deliveries and open commitments)
- Drive cross functional engagements and collaborating with the program team
- Accountable for cost, schedule, quality and technical performance of subcontracted or Inter-Organization Transfer services and productions and effective integration within the program
- Communicate effectively and routinely on Supply Chain performance to Supply Chain leadership and the program team
- Travel less than 5% to conduct supplier visits and Supply Chain leadership meetings.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Value Stream Leadership (VSL), or Program Integrated Product Team (IPT) roles
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with ITAR/EAR, EVMS
- Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or Engineering
- Significant experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Program or Project Management
- Experience leading or coordinating projects or issues with integrated product teams (IPTs) or cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) or USG Contracts
- Possess strong analytical, communication and teaming skills
- Experience utilizing an MRP or ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
- Experienced/advanced user with Microsoft Office Programs (including MS Project), PDM or other engineering product data management systems, and PRISM or other SAP MRP/ERP systems
- Collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed, cross-functional team members
- Resolve problems in a timely, effective manner, including exercising judgment in complex or ambiguous scenarios
- Direct Commercial Sales and/or Foreign Military Sales experience
- Knowledge and experience with U.S. Government regulations and Public Laws as they pertain to doing business with foreign companies
- Experience in all phases of the program lifecycle (pursuit through closeout)
- Raytheon MPM, Supply Chain, and or Subcontract Management Level 4 certified
- EVMS certified

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
