We have an exciting opportunity Lobal Patriot within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) SBU supporting the Poland Patriot programs. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will help mentor junior analysts, be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position along with support to the FP&A team.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and onsite work is expected in MA, FL, CA, AZ, AL or TX. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the EAC (Estimate at Complete), Earned Value and Budget Change Requests (BCR) processes, as well as Budget Sign Up during program startup and Baseline activities as new scope is awarded
- Mentor and Develop other analysts within the team
- Support approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
- Preparation and presenting of Earned Value (EV) financial data for Monthly Operating Reviews, Financial Reviews etc.
- Program control including understanding and interpreting monthly variance analysis, billing
- Support program offset projects
- Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required
- Provide meaningful business insight and analysis, and will communicate effectively with all partners.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field & 5 years of relevant work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant work experience
- Previous Program experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with SAP accounting system / Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar reports
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
