This position is for a Senior Procurement Analyst (Hybrid) position. This is a great opportunity for individuals with some experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field who are looking to bring their skills to a new organization and grow within the company.

What You Will Do:

  • Managing purchase orders, including creating, tracking, and troubleshooting to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
  • Review price proposals, financial reports, and supplier information to support decision-making.
  • Help prepare and evaluate requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and resolve basic issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field (internships or part-time roles can count).
  • Familiarity with purchase order management and supplier communication.
  • Basic knowledge of contract terms and pricing structures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems like SAP.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as aerospace or manufacturing.
  • Interest in process improvement or efficiency initiatives.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
