ADP is hiring a Senior Procurement Analyst, Fleet. Serves as a core member of the ADP Fleet support team for both Sales & Executive company car drivers. Responsible for the administration and coordination of the ADP Fleet/Company car program. Interacts daily with internal fleet team members, drivers, and ADP's fleet management company on developing & improving processes and managing daily activities. Will be responsible for multiple administrative assignments as well as ad-hoc needs for the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with, and advises, company car drivers regarding fleet policy, processes and timelines.
  • Effectively manage vendor and internal associate relationships
  • Manage the ADP Executive fleet program to ensure expeditious, precise and efficient service is provided to Executive drivers.
  • Lead on vehicle inventory management (VIM) program and processes; works directly with fleet management company's representatives to ensure processes are timely, effective and cost efficient.
  • Lead on accident & safety compliance program and Risk management initiatives
  • Manage the driver Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check campaign
  • Manage the annual Driver Tax Compliance process
  • Lead on collections and violations tracking
  • Distributes insurance cards annually to field and provide ad-hoc replacements as needed
  • Analyze and administer monthly Fleet payroll deductions and dispense monthly reports to internal stakeholders for processing
  • Assist with vehicle replacement projections and new vehicle ordering
  • Administer check deposits to Accounts Payable team
  • Works closely with Fleet manager on processes, procedures and escalations
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues in efforts to eliminate risk and exposure for the company.
  • Reviews new operational solutions for fleet in efforts to develop and update systems and identify automation opportunities within the process to increase efficiency
  • Maintains clear, concise, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform financial and ad hoc program analysis as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education & experience
  • 1-3+ years related experience in a business-related field such as Logistics or Procurement environments
  • Must be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and consistent
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal clients and understand their needs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiencies

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience working in Procurement or Logistics
  • Prior experience working in Fleet, or related field
