Raytheo has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Materials Manager leading Production Control, which is part of the System Integrations Center. This position will own the execution and the operational direction along with performing a variety of tasks with a focus on material, inventory management for both make and purchased material in support of merging engineering programs, factory build plans and will manage a team of planning professionals and hourly employees. The candidate needs to be energetic, willing to learn, able to work independently and have the ability and desire to be a change agent. The candidate also must be ready to work in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to learn logistics/transportation in supporting factory needs. The associated tasks listed below are necessary to prevent a work stoppage or a slip in schedule, both of which would have a significant impact to the factory and/or program's cost and schedule requirements.

What You Will Do
- Lead the strategic vision of SIOP, being accountable to the performance on all aspects of production control, inventory management and morale.
- Working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems in a manufacturing environment and utilizing data-driven decision making to enable effective material and workforce forecasting.
- Successful daily interaction with cross functional teams, programs, and business units to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Developing credibility and influence while leveraging strong interpersonal skills; aligning the operations' execution plan to meet critical customer deadlines with supply chain strategies and financial targets.
- Achieving/exceeding goals using CORE and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.
- Foster a working environment that promotes safety, security, compliance, and quality while achieving overall customer requirements.
- Manage in a highly paced environment with critical changes daily and lead a team that consist of multiple team members that support multiple programs, factories and plant sites.
- Utilize KPIs to help you lead and guide your teams to drive action and results.
- Facilitate cross functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and coordinate with Logistics thru a tiered accountability process to create and communicate to Senior Cross functional leadership.
- Evaluate material availability, identifying potential gaps and proactively work material problems, to support kitting and delivery schedules
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years' experience.
- Experience with Production Control, Material Management, or Scheduling.
- Managerial or Supervisory Experience.
- Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Demonstrated successful experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Strong MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) knowledge and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Production Control: Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Depot, Inventory Management
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in accordance with RMD values and behaviors
- Experience in Cross Functional support and management - quality, operations, engineering and supply chain
- Superior communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Six Sigma/Lean/CORE processes, tools and applications
- Knowledge of existing RMD execution Systems (PRISM, SAP)

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
