Senior Manager, GEC Program Operations
The Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance Program Operations team is seeking an energetic Senior Manager to lead our GEC related communications and policies, which are a foundational component of our overall GEC program.
Reporting to the Senior Director, GEC Program Operations the successful candidate will work with GEC leadership and our corporate & business unit colleagues to develop enterprise-wide communications based on top issues and risks. This person will be an integrated partner with the GEC corporate and business unit teams and will proactively engage on various issues and collaborate on solutions. The GEC Program Operations team has responsibility for training & education, communications, program governance, and overall GEC program management.
What You Will Do
- In coordination with our partners in corporate communications, this role with help drive an enterprise-wide communications strategy for GEC that is based on critical GEC topics, required trainings and case studies and also work with the team on development of communications and materials.
- Work with Corporate and BU GEC teams to understand what collateral (posters, PowerPoint slides, etc.) are needed for all elements of the GEC program (e.g., ECOs, Speak Up Helpline, etc.) and also understand the top issues or program areas that should be incorporated into the GEC communications plan.
- Help to develop communications materials (e.g., quick reference guides, posters, etc.) that present complex GEC topics and policies into materials that are visual and easy to understand.
- Manage the GEC SharePoint site that all employees access to ensure content is up-to-date and work with GEC team members to develop new content where needed. This role will also manage our internal collaboration sites to ensure correct access and up-to-date content.
- Establish and implement a process for managing GEC policies and procedure creation, maintenance and revisions and ensure alignment with corporate and BU policies.
- Support enterprise-wide GEC initiatives and process improvements to ensure alignment across various stakeholders.
- Will support and participate in various other GEC projects as assigned.
- Travel up to 10%, or as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in or supporting an ethics & compliance organization.
- Previous experience managing competing priorities and meeting multiple goals, plans, and milestones.

Location
- Hybrid; hybrid employees work both onsite and offsite regularly. Hybrid work site would preferably be from Farmington, CT however, other RTX locations may be considered.
- Remote work may be considered if local talent cannot be identified.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
