Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product and technical leaders to develop strategic delivery plans and operational models that align with business objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, managing program scopes, timelines, and resources
- Facilitate high-level meetings, driving agenda setting, decision-making, and follow-through on critical action items
- Anticipate and resolve potential project bottlenecks by exercising exceptional judgment and making strategic trade-offs
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, utilizing deep industry knowledge to foresee potential issues and formulate innovative solutions
- Maintain continuous transparency on program progress, adapting communication methods to effectively influence various stakeholders and senior executives
- Contribute expertise to the enhancement of software architecture practices and lead strategic initiatives within the program management domain
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship within project teams, potentially leading functional teams or cross-functional program initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in a senior Technical Program Manager role, with a demonstrated track record in leading substantial technical initiatives within the technology or software sectors
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Profound expertise in program management methodologies, with the ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects
- Strong business acumen and the capability to translate technical challenges into business opportunities and outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at persuading and engaging senior-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Confluence, Jira, Github, Miro, M365, and Airtable, as well as knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $129,900 and $210,100. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
