ARINC's Radio Technology Solutions group is seeking a Service Center Coordinator for their Mid-West Region Maintenance Center.

In this role you will provide critical interaction will all levels of internal and external customers, both in person and remotely. Some of the specific and main responsibilities will be related to ship/receive activities but also to share and back up the front office Service Center Coordinator.

What You Will Do

  • Perform shipping/receiving of domestic/international equipment and associated logging of that equipment.
  • Utilize main application for Work Ticketing to create and update tickets for all types of tasking
  • Interfacing with shipping vendors as needed
  • Parts ordering and inventory tracking via our Costpoint system
  • Work with HQ on yearly inventory audit
  • Coordinating with vendors for repairs and calibrations for test equipment
  • Assist manager in tracking tasks and ensuring all costs are documented for billing
  • Process bills for payment.
  • Greet customers
  • Prepare office correspondence, faxing, copying, filing documents, and occasional typing
  • Create and maintain project folders, both electronic and paper, as dictated in office policies
  • Utilize MS Office software (Excel & PowerPoint) to format reports, present data, and organize information

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Prior experience interacting with management, internal and external customers frequently
  • Must be able to work independently and to remain focused while multitasking.
  • Demonstrate superior attention to detail and must be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Ability to research and resolve routine and non-routine problems.

The salary range for this role is 36,000 USD - 72,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
