In this role, you will provide oversight and management of facility Security operations and perform CPSO duties. In addition to performing CPSO duties, you will provide back up support to the physical and IA security staff. You will work closely with site Leadership, site functions, the security staff, and Program Management. In order to succeed in this position you must have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of NISPOM and ICDs. This position will report directly to the Global Security Services (GSS), Security Manager, located in State College PA.

What You Will Do
- Provide/disseminate security guidance and direction in accordance with IC Policies, DoD regulations and DD Form 254 requirements, along with analyzing security situations and making appropriate program and security recommendations.
- Investigate security incidents/violations and provide support to Front End of the Business (FEOTB) efforts.
- Support Gate Reviews and proposal, to include developing RFP Security Volumes/Plans and supporting Color Team Reviews.
- Prepare for customer security inspections and assistance visits, as required, to include leading and conducting security self-Inspections.
- Prepare outgoing visit messages on employees visiting other contractors or government facilities and support visitor control operations at the State College facility.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to internal and external customers and must be able to apply experience in supporting security concepts, principles and practices to analyze and resolve difficult and complex security issues.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar curriculum and a minimum of 8 years' experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET SCI clearance with polygraph prior to start date, U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- General Knowledge of Intelligence Community
- Directives (ICDs) 704, 705, DOD Manuals 5105.21 SCI Administrative Security Manuals
- Previous interaction with Government Personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Access
- Customer and Administrative Service Orientated with the ability to work independently
- Problem solving with the ability to finding solutions

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
