As the Manager of Property Operations, you will lead a team of data analysts and system experts responsible for conducting performance statistical analysis, creating and maintaining dashboards, and delivering customized, actionable insights through data reporting. You will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of performance metrics to evaluate key inventory management processes and outcomes, ensuring alignment with government property regulations and objectives.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and system experts who are responsible for delivering technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems, conducting performance statistical analysis, creating and maintaining dashboards, and delivering actionable insights through data reporting.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of performance metrics to evaluate key inventory management processes and outcomes, ensuring alignment with government regulations and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government agencies and system integrator partners, to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions for inventory management operations, inventory tracking, and compliance monitoring.
- Drive the design and development of interactive, user-friendly dashboards using advanced data visualization tools to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to asset management and compliance.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of all inventory-related data reported to stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance on data analysis methodologies, dashboard creation, and reporting best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through statistical analysis of inventory data, presenting insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of periodic reports, ensuring that timely, relevant insights are communicated effectively to inventory management leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement automated reporting processes to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing manual intervention.
- Ensure compliance with government data governance standards, privacy regulations, and security protocols to safeguard sensitive inventory information.
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop system solutions including prioritizing and addressing system issues and necessary enhancements to drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years' experience.
- Experience in Inventory or Logistics Management.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, government regulations, and compliance monitoring.
- Experience in data analysis, database architecture, performance metrics development, and creating dashboards using advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with a strong focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and security protocols in the context of sensitive inventory data.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, contracts, and government agencies.
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP, FIORI UX, JIRA.
- High level of proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI
- General knowledge of Snowflake, and/or Ad-hoc Reporting
- Experience collecting and documenting system requirements and business processes
- Experience writing test cases and system testing
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues

- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Six Sigma/CORE certification (or equivalent).
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
- Typically has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
- Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Data analytics proficiency with experience in performance statistical analysis and creating data dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing performance metrics to evaluate inventory management processes.

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
