What You Will Do:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative professional to serve as an Ordnance Information System (OIS) Repair Administrator Site Lead within the LCE Depot Operations and Sustainment Department, located in East Camden, AR.

As a Repair Administrator Site Lead you'll focus on asset repair activities and Government Furnished Property (GFP) accounting for the site.

Your main responsibilities will involve support of the Sustainment Management charter of carrying out product support strategies to achieve affordable operational readiness consistent with Warfighter objectives from the development, production, sustainment and disposal of the entire system.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the Navy Ordinance Information System database with configuration changes, missile/component status, location transfers and other maintenance activities.
  • Reporting and communicating system status to upper management.
  • Supporting Sustainment Managers as necessary to perform contractual requirements.
  • Working in cross-functional teams to support the factory in repairing hardware returned for Warranty or non-Warranty repair.
  • Analyzing data from various databases (PRISM, CABS, LOKI, etc.) in order to ensure systemic integrity and adequate reporting capabilities.
  • Analyzing, reporting and driving improvements to depot / program service metrics (turnaround times, availability reporting with Reliability Engineering).

Domestic travel may be required - limited durations (approximately 10%)

This job is posted as ONSITE, and is located at the Raytheon East Camden, AR facility.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of logistics, supply chain or manufacturing operations experience in a military or civilian environment. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
  • Experience with logistics coordination across multiple areas
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Knowledge of Missile Assembly, Disassembly and Test
  • Experience and application of logistics principles
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with DOD reporting systems
  • Experience with Naval programs
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders, and ability to effectively work in a team, inspiring confidence in others

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
