Raytheon Logistics has a need for Logistics Supervisor (cell lead) in the Pack/Ship area.

This role requires daily collaboration across a variety of functional and program areas through data analysis, and fact-based influence to maintain organizational goals and objectives. The individual in this role will need to quickly develop credibility and influence, working with the Operations Logistics Management, Production Control, Packaging Engineering and Quality to align the operations execution plan with critical customer deadlines, supply chain strategies, and financial targets.
What You Will Do
- Ensuring all Packaging is performed to area Work Instructions.
- Working with Department Manager and Production Control personnel to meet Contractual, Cash, and MRP, Packaging goals.
- Work with other Cell Leads, Operators, Packaging Engineers, and Managers to implement lean work practices and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Use PRISM and Pack/Ship software to Release and Track Shop Order movement through internal shared resources.
- Overseeing individuals Packaging small to medium sized items, all the way up to 4-5 person crews Packaging large Arrays, Radars, and Shelters for over-the-road transport.
- Some work oversight may require periods of being outside during inclement weather.
- Oversight of daily activities of up to 12 people across several areas.
- Track and maintain area Metrics including WIP Aging, cycle times, and rework.
- Responsibility for Operator's timecards, daily workflow, documentation of disciplinary actions, etc.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with crate manufacturers (and some other suppliers) to streamline ordering.
- Work across business areas and interface at all levels of organization.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in Operations/Planning/Scheduling/Production Control/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/ Project Management and/or Finance
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and customers, and has a results-based mindset.
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and well-organized professional.
- MRP knowledge (SAP PRISM experience preferred)
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills in a manufacturing environment and utilize data-driven decision making to run the department effectively.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
