JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- People Management and People Leader
- PEZA, Customs and All Government Offices Management
- Related to Plant and Transportation (International and Local)
- Escalation for transportation, Inbound and Outbound logistics operations.
- Global Trade Compliance interaction with trade people to make sure all shipments are compliant from origin and destination side
- Global Supply Chain Management
- Escalation point person for all of shipments to ensure the compliance on regulations
- Monitoring of the deliveries, handling insurance coverages, duties as well as tax obligations
- Designing and implementing all export and import strategies and preparing effective business plans Resolving the queries of the clients related to export and import process and expenses.
- Interact with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Review and Approval of all incoming bill of lading with attention to discrepancies.
- Audits bill of lading to ensure billing requirements are met.
- Monitoring of performance of all forwarders, couriers and service providers related to Transportation
- SOP and SOW Management
- Communication and Coordination with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, Brokers, Consultants and other government agencies as needed.
- On time Renewal of all government requirements for shipment purposes
- Reports and Analysis on Freight Spend and Transportation improvement programs
- Cost Savings
- Meeting all the compliances related to regulatory and corporate requirements
- Follows rules and regulations EHS, GST etc.
- Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree of any Business Course or Engineering Related Course
- At least 5-7 Years of Experience in the same field and industry.
- At least 3 or more years of experience as People Manager
Must Have:
- PEZA and Customs (International and Local)
- People Management
- Logisctics (End to End Process)
- Manufacturing Industry
