The following position is to join RTX Corporate team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous HR Partner (HRP) Manager with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. The ideal candidate is self-driven, possesses excellent coaching skills, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead and execute HR projects that align with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on talent management, performance improvement, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize workforce planning.
  • Support/train leaders on employee transactions such as job changes, terminations, and supervisor moves.
  • On a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis, utilize Workday reports and Qlik to update a variety of data dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, statutes and the RTX Code of Ethics and company policies, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Build a network of key partners across the function in areas such as Total Rewards, Talent, Workforce Intelligence & Employee & Labor Relations
  • Support organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.
  • Deliver people-focused, innovative, and connected solutions built to optimize the RTX employee experience - work, grow, belong

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, such as HR Business Partner, HR Management, or related roles supporting a large corporation.
  • Must be a US Citizen/ US Person 'Green Card' holder.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience leading HR projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret HR data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Coaching skills to support leadership and employee development.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Asana and Workday for reporting and data analysis.

Location: Hybrid, preferably from Farmington, CT.

Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
