Drive Excellence in Global Trade Compliance at Collins Aerospace! The Interiors Sr. Global Trade Program Manager (individual contributor) is primarily responsible for leading the implementation of the Collins Global Trade program, policies, and procedures in the Interiors strategic business unit. This will be accomplished through the management of projects that include cross-functional teams in the Interiors business and hands on completion of activities with the goal of ensuring compliance to trade regulations world-wide. You will work autonomously with limited oversight and must have the ability to think and plan strategically and execute project plans in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate will work hybrid to our Winston-Salem, NC Interiors site, though we are open to considering candidates to be based at other US Interiors locations or offering a remote option.
What You Will Do:
- Implementation of the trade compliance program, policies, and procedures within the Interiors business.
- Drives strategic planning efforts and leads multiple programs/projects ensuring adherence to scope, schedules and budgets.
- Reviews and presents plans and progress reports to senior/executive leaders.
- Identifies and responds to program challenges and leads solutions.
- Builds strong and extensive working relationships and networks internally and externally.
- Domestic and International travel
Program/Project Leadership:
- Leads the team in the gathering, analysis, maintenance and reporting information/metrics in support of Dashboard, Quarterly Operating Reviews, and other reporting requirements as needed.
- Coordinates the balloting and release of Global Trade procedures.
- Leads the team in the development and execution of the Interiors Global Trade Communications plan.
- Develops and implements a training plan to ensure employees in the business understand and comply with trade compliance regulations.
- Develop and oversee the network of Global Trade site leads/focals and departmental focals located around the world.
- Proactively identifies and addresses risks and develops solutions to problems.
What You Will Learn:
- Develop a robust understanding of US and non-US Export & Import program management
- Gain experience with Aerospace Interiors products used on both commercial and military aircraft
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- 5+ years in a Global Trade function
- Program/Project Management experience
- Change Management experience
- Experience working with all levels in a U.S./Global company
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Hybrid work to Winston Salem, NC. Relocation assistance is not supported for this role.
- Trade compliance knowledge and experience
- PMP Certification
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to develop relationships with business leaders/executives in the US and internationally

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
