Pratt & Whitney Military Engines F135 SAP Configuration, which supports the F135 engine that powers the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, is looking for an individual contributor to join the team.
In this position you will be part of a team that manages Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Depots F135 SAP Configuration Management database. Maintain fielded configurations in SAP to provide configuration control to the F135 MRO&U Depots inspection and kitting process. This work is critical to maintain the outgoing modules from the depots.
What You Will Do:
Manage day-to-day issues communicated from the MESO organization - CONUS and OCONUS including: PBOM configuration creation and updates in SAP, complex problem-solving requests to provide user support and troubleshooting resolutions, and Limit reviews
Work with Quality, Materials, PME, PE, DT, and SAP SMEs with any Configurator improvements needed to create mistake proof solutions
Monitor non-SAP data systems for new and updated Limits, ECs and TCTD.
Perform detail-oriented analysis and review of Limits, ECs and TCTD for implementation to SAP Configurator
Work on cross functional teams to drive superior customer service internal and external
Qualifications you Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Technology
- A minimum of 8 years experience
- At least 2 year experience with turbine engine maintenance methods, engine depot overhaul support, or engine maintenance support at customer locations
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science 5 years of experience
- Experience with P&W SAP MRO solution
- Experience interpreting blueprints, technical instructions (IETP/ IETMS), and engineering changes (EC)
- General understanding of programming in Python and data transformation

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
