Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

What You Will Do:
As a Control Account Manager (CAM) you're a highly effective team member working with Engineering Product Team Leads, Cross Product Team Leads, and Integrated Product Team Leads in support of both the Functional organizations and ensuring program financial commitments are met.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and investigations
- Monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
- Facilitation of EAC and LRE inputs
- Monthly variance reporting
Additional Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the overall programmatic business rhythm for baseline activities, monthly reporting, status communication, and overall Earned Value Management (EVM) performance of your spam of control. This can include generation of monthly VARs for current period and cumulative performance of Control Accounts.
- Coordinate and implement the process for ensuring all information received and provided to/from the government is readily available for program use.
- Identify potential financial risks and challenges that may affect the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist with interfacing with Integrated Product Team and Cross Product Team stakeholders to provide Integrated Defense Systems technical, logistic and administrative support for Program Management Office.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ (five) years of relevant cost account management, program support, planning, project management, finance, supply chain, business operations or a related discipline in a military or civilian environment. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
- Experience with Earned Value Management or integrating project or program cost, schedule and progress
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficient with APEX/SAP EV, APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module & Business Warehouse
- Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking to cost and schedule
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Excellent communication, organization and investigative skills required
- Experience supporting military products or Department of Defense programs

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
