Our Raytheon Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) Department has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director who will be a member of the Global Ethics Office (GEO) leadership team and responsible for the implementation of the various aspects of the ethics and compliance program across the Raytheon business. Specifically, the Associate Director, along with at least three direct reports, will continue to enhance and manage our Raytheon GEC case management process in partnership with key stakeholders. Additionally, the Associate Director will lead ongoing development of related process and training content related to the GEC case management process and to supplement business-wide initiatives on key topics requiring coordination with corporate leaders, GEC colleagues, communications POCs, and other key groups for successful deployment. The Associate Director will be an integrated partner with the Raytheon business to proactively engage on various issues, identify trends, and collaborate on solutions within the organization. The GEO team is designed to be the proactive, mitigation arm of the broader GEC team fostering Raytheon's commitment to acting with integrity by building an Ethics and Compliance program focused on empowering all employees to model the guiding principles and Values in the RTX Code of Conduct, promoting a Speak Up culture, and achieving business goals. Thus, training, communications, engagement opportunities, and other elements of the program are core responsibilities of the entire team. The Associate Director will support the Legal, Contracts and Compliance function and report to the lead of the GEO team.

What You Will Do
- Lead the team responsible for the Raytheon Global Ethics and Compliance (Raytheon GEC) case triage, referral and management process
- Develop process guidance and training content for reference and implementation by Raytheon GEC and other stakeholders
- Receive and respond to questions and concerns from employees consistent with the RTX Code of Conduct (the Code) and applicable policies
- Review and provide guidance to employees on a range of ethics and compliance topics, such as conflicts of interest, business courtesies, labor reporting and charging, the Code, applicable policies, and related processes
- Properly document questions and concerns from employees in the appropriate system of record consistent with internal standards and with a clear focus on data integrity
- Manage at least three direct reports
- Coordinate with colleagues within and outside of Legal Contracts and Compliance (LCC), including Labor and Employment and other Legal Counsel, Human Resources, and other groups in furtherance of the GEC case management process and expectations
- Responsible for various metrics and data analysis
- Support enterprise-wide GEC initiatives and process improvements to achieve alignment with various stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Domestic travel 4-7 times per year, each for 2+ days

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of Ethics and/or Compliance, Human Resources, Employee Relations, or employment law experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- A minimum of 4 years' experience conducting investigations or managing cases in a matrixed environment and documenting case files in a case management system or other system of record
- Experience with applicable state and federal ethics and compliance requirements
- Prior people manager experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience developing and implementing case management processes and training content
- Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization, including executives, and to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline- oriented environment
- Experience ensuring confidentiality is maintained, enabling employees to comfortably surface concerns without fear of retaliation
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
