The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a passionate program leader to lead ES Service adoption activities in support of the oneRTX strategic initiative. The Transformation team is focused on using lean principles to maximize cost effectiveness, quality and employee experience through increased adoption of services provided by ES. The role will require working with leaders within the RTX corporate organization and the 3 RTX business units to develop and execute plans that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders.
As a key member of the Digital PMO, the position will partner with leaders from Digital Technology domains to develop strategy, business cases and detailed implementation plans to drive increased digital service adoption. In addition, this position manages implementation activities to ensure timely execution of deliverables and is responsible for communication to/from the leadership team and other stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Help design and execute a strategic blueprint to transform ES Digital Services for enterprise scale
- Evaluate current Digital Services against industry benchmarks and best practices
- Accountable for ensuring that all functional program milestones are developed and align to oneRTX operating model and financial targets
- Identify and leverage various program interdependencies to ensure synergy between and across all teams to promote efficiency realization.
- Achieve program milestones, resolve issues, and remove the barriers that may hinder project execution
- Proactively evaluate program activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances
- Ensures that quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms are in place to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives
- Adheres to CORE and project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools, capturing best practices, and identifying areas for process improvement
- Responsible for the completion of other tasks related to this position as assigned
- May require up to 10% domestic travel
- Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) at RTX office in Farmington CT
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- Minimum 5 years experience with digital program management
- Significant experience in strategy consulting working in digital, including client engagement, stakeholder management and solution delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (specifically in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate clearly up, down and across RTX Leadership and businesses
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior experience leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the areas of process standardization and enterprise technology adoption.
- RTX CORE certification or other Lean Continuous Improvement experience

Minimum Program Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
