What You Will Do:

• Ownership of team scope and estimates in Advanced Programs (AP) proposals.
• Ownership of team designs and reviews.
• Ownership of team technical data packages (TDPs) and their maintenance.
• Leadership of team with management of technical, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Collaboration with AP leadership on Portfolio priorities and execution.

Qualifications You Must Have :

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience in directing a hardware development team with tasking and oversight.
• Experience in managing budget and schedule for a development team.
• Ability to be work onsite in the McKinney TX facility.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Historical knowledge of the Advanced Programs Portfolio and related facilities.
• Experience with Earned Value.
• Experience with LRE and EAC development.

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years

prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited

by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
