POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, People & Outreach Program Delivery will lead key transformation projects, reporting to the AVP, People & Outreach Transformation. This role involves managing the development and implementation of projects for the People & Outreach team, including HR, Corporate Communications, ESG, Workplace Solutions, and Corporate Affairs. The Sr. Manager will work with cross-functional teams across the business and enterprise, serving as Program Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, PMO as the need arises and coordinating all aspects of projects using data-driven strategies. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead global teams to execute impactful initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project lifecycle management, data analytics, insights generation, and data interpretation with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving growth. Proven ability to think creatively, simplify complexity, communicate clearly, and execute flawlessly will differentiate the ideal candidate.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead and manage global transformation programs from inception to execution, aligning with company goals and objectives to drive business results.
  • Drive strategic planning, prioritizing key initiatives, and ensuring resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Manage matrix project teams, influence leaders and subject matter experts, monitor project plans, milestone achievement, and dependencies to achieve deliverables.
  • Deliver regular reports to executive and other stakeholders, showcasing program results, ROI, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimize budgets, tracking spending to ensure alignment with goals and delivering cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics, leveraging insights to inform strategy and optimize campaigns for greater reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Utilize established criteria and tools to effectively and efficiently facilitate and report against program execution with measurable results.
  • Lead the execution of social media marketing analytics strategies and related projects.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, finance, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in program or project management, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including web optimization, email campaigns, and customer journey mapping is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills including motivating others, fostering collaboration, driving productivity and performance.
  • Strong organizational and resource management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Expertise in leading global marketing initiatives with proven results in demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement is a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Experience with program / project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is useful.
  • Proficiency in web analytics or marketing analytics tools a plus.
