Co-leads the implementation of various modules & business processes to support the delivery of RCG's new ERP. The APM will own the aggregation of Supply Chain users' business requirements, Executive consensus on Key Design Decisions, end user testing & sign off among other aspects of the product delivery lifecycle.
Role is best suited for a self-directed, resourceful person who has broad experience in co-leading & supporting source-to-pay technology transformations with a background in Product Mgmt./Ownership, Project Mgmt. & Change Mgmt.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of cross-functional teams to identify, track, categorize and resolve system defects, configuration changes & enhancements for our supplier information management & source-to-pay systems.
- Operational sustainment (User support, optimizations & process changes)
- Version Release Mgmt. (Operational impact assessment, regression testing & comms)
- GSC Tech. Change Mgmt. (User Adoption, Trainings, Comms plans, SharePoint site Mgmt.)
- Analytics enhancement (Optimization of STP dashboards & Supplier onboarding)
- Policy creation/amendments support (Procurement & Vendor Mgmt. policies)
- Perform and or oversee research, analysis, and functions as assigned.
- Document management including vendor contract development & execution support.
- Conduct routine calls with cross functional teams for each system.
- Plan sprints by organizing and prioritizing the back log of requests from the business.
- Conduct tactical stand-up coordination meetings with the technical support team's.
- Facilitate the creation of dashboard reports to monitor technical support team performance.
- Leadership of high-impact and strategic projects focused on connecting and enhancing an ecosystem of financial & procurement applications, processes & personnel to deliver all assets in the Strategy & Analytics department's technology roadmap.
- Support the development of business cases and capital funding requests for future enhancements.
- Owns and manages scope to remain on time and within budget.
- Establish program/ project objectives, perform stakeholder analysis, define scope, build timelines, establish governance, roll-out meeting cadences, execute lean task management through digital kanban and other task tracking tools.
- Oversee solution implementation partner performance to ensure quality services are meeting business requirements and delivered on time.
- Lead the change management to expand product awareness and user adoption with business by organizing policy changes, creation of enterprise-wide communications, training content, & execution of training regiments across the business
- In close collaboration with Global Supply Chain Leadership, create, track, and report on KPIs/SLAs on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Includes overseeing the collection and distillation of data to produce results for reporting.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to department executives, prepares executive communications and provides effective oversight to a portion of the tracks within the department portfolio of projects.
- Utilizes program management tools and industrial engineering techniques to support the maintenance of various programs projects.
- Advises the project team and external contractors in shaping scope, preparing milestones, establishing work plans, executing activities, and tracking routines.
- Lead or support various department and corporate projects as needed. Includes representing department interests, developing processes, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to business-critical activities required to drive agility and value to internal customers.
- Uses a variety of agile & lean six sigma tools and concepts to derive insights, while working with functional leaders, to implement recommendations and drive change.
- Arranges and reviews the communication of the project plan status on a regular basis and follows up with project stakeholders and core team to meet deadlines.
- Identify and enact process improvement, process automation, and creation of department knowledge base to improve operational efficiencies and controls.
- Works with leadership and partners on ongoing major change initiatives such as technology rollouts.
- Supports and organizes team in development of ongoing presentations for senior executives. Oversees preparation of project reports related to business services for management, client, or others.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience managing software implementations/ digital transformation projects for source-to-pay applications, supplier information management systems, and supporting new ERP's.
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University; Master's preferred, and/or five years related experience in project management or process improvement.
- Preferred: Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Six Sigma certified (ASQ, IASSC), Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or related training, Certified Agile Practitioner (CAP), SCRUM Master
- Preferred: Direct experience leading projects /implementations and adoption for Apex Analytix; familiar with Oracle Fusion Cloud; understands how to leverage automation of data exchanges through (RPA) robotic process automations, comma separated values (CSV)
- Ability to communicate, support, and work with a diverse cross-cultural team (internal and external)
- Preferred: Familiar with SOX systems and regulations/requirements
- Strong written and verbal skills required for executive level communication and presentations.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees, management, vendors, and government authorities.
- Must be highly influential, capable of managing multiple competing interests and unify key constituents towards a common goal.
- Must be capable of simplifying complex topics into actionable plans and recommendations to an executive audience.
- Ability to author white papers, reports, executive communication and create presentations.
- Ability to manage disparate teams across functional groups toward a common goal.
- Change management skills are essential.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, financial reports, legal documents, and government regulations.
