As a Learning and Development Compliance Specialist on our L&D team, you will play a meaningful role in leading all aspects of our compliance program. Work closely with collaborators and partners to ensure accurate regulatory training for agents worldwide. Your efforts will be essential in supporting our enterprise compliance programs and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards worldwide.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Learning and Development team and internal partners, providing insights and recommendations to improve training programs.
- Improve New Hire Experience: Devise strategies to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they receive detailed and efficient compliance training.
- Project Management: Plan, lead, and handle compliance training projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication of training programs, schedules, and updates to all relevant parties.
- Measure Training Efficiency: Develop and implement methods to measure the efficiency of courses, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Track Training Completions: Maintain accurate records of training completions and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
- Provide Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Coordinate LMS functions to support the compliance training program, including course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Instructional Design and Content Development: Perform instructional design tasks and develop training content as needed to support compliance and regulatory initiatives.
About you:
- FINRA Licenses: Possession of FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 24.
- Experience: Confirmed experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on compliance training.
- Project Management: Strong background in program and project management, leading and balancing multiple initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal partners.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly in the development and delivery of compliance training

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
